Spent 2 nights with 50 amp full hookup on concrete pad ( only a few). Most of guest are long term residents. Packed in every angle and space available. Dog friendly. Surrounded on 3 sides by farm/pasture and Hwy 59 in front. 1/2 mile off I-29, 4-5 miles down 59 to town and all services.

just stayed overnight. The pads were level cement with nice gravel landscaping. WiFi was great (at least at our spot). The spots are plenty long for campers but with our tow vehicle attached (we were only overnight) we stuck out a bit. Space to park vehicle, though. Sots are what some would call close, but not so close that one can watch your neighbors TV - close but not too close (I've had closer, this was a non issue for me)

Had a great stop there. Rick was awesome. We had a great pull through full hook up. Small park but the pull through was great. Did not open the passenger side slides. Rick said it was okay but I erred on the side of caution. Would stay there again.

This place is mainly permanent or monthly RVs. He has one back in and one pull thru site saved for others. We got the pull thru and it was very long and level. It was along the drive and opened to the interior road. We did have a nice green shaded space behind. The hook ups worked well. The owner was kind and works the place himself so tries to accommodate. It worked for a one night stay.

Rick led us to our site. Pull thru with full hook up. Nice clean, good over night campground

We needed somewhere last minute for a quick stay. They were able to get us a spot for a good price. Location was right off the highway with gas station close within walking distance. Area very clean. My only suggestion/concern is that there is only one restroom/shower combo. We took turns and was for one night only but could be a problem for others if staying more than one night. The washer and dryer was clean and worked well.

This campground appears to be mostly long term campers. Our site was all gravel, in full sun. No cool shade or grass to set up our lawn chairs. No good place to exercise our dogs with out encountering resident dogs that were off leash. The 30 amp service kept cutting off and we had to flip the breaker switch several times to keep the AC running, a must on a hot day. Ok for a one night stay but no longer. Bathrooms were clean. Owner was very nice.

Don't believe the negative reviews! We stayed two nights while visiting friends. Owner very helpful in escorting to our site, which was drive through on edge of park road but we had a choice for it or a back in. He was available by phone but onsite working around the park. Permanent residents are friendly, their RVs are not trashy as someone commented. Yes, all sites are close, we do like more space, but for a few nights it very affordable and it's just fine. We would stay again.

The park is clean and easy access. The mgr was friendly and helpful. Plan ahead bcs the St Joseph parks have lots of seasonal campers, and last minute requests often are unavailable.

This park seems to be more for long term campers but does have a few overnight sites. Our site was level gravel with good hookups. The manager (Rick) went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasant. Only real negative was the laundry/restroom area. Could use a little work here. Good stop for a night or two and the prices were very reasonable. Would stay here again if in the area.
