In our travels throughout the West, this is without a doubt, the best place we have stayed. This is definitely a 5 star campground. It isn't cheap, but it is clean, well maintained and worth it. All the amenties you want when camping are available. The riding in the area is between easy to extreme. Day trailers are available to rent if you want to go out and do serious mountain rides. Custer is a sweet little town and, of course, Mt. Rushmore and the Needles Hwy is something you don't want to miss. I definitely want to return and the only place I will stay is at Broken Arrow.

This is a really nice place to stay at! I am so glad we stumbled upon it. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The sites were a little spacious and we got all the amenities we could need. The activities were a lot of fun and I enjoyed that I was able to bring our horses to roam around. It’s always nice to have a place to bring our horses to. The location was great as there were a lot of beautiful sites to see. Overall this was a really nice place to bring the family to and I see it turning into a traditional spot. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
