PETS

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all animals is of utmost importance to us. We kindly request that you keep your furry friends on a leash while visiting our premises, as it helps to prevent any potential accidents or harm. Additionally, we kindly ask that you clean up after your pets, as it helps to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone. We understand the desire to secure your pets, but we kindly request that you refrain from tying them to trees or RV pedal stools, as it may pose a risk to their safety. Instead, we recommend using a pin to secure them, ensuring it remains within the designated area.

Located in Sublette County on the west slope of the Wind River Mountain Range, Boulder and the " Big Town " of Pinedale, which is 12 miles to the north are in the heart of the best recreation area in the Rockies.  This area has hundreds of miles of hiking trails, crystal clear lakes and the best fishing in the West. If an active outdoor experience is not on your agenda, our county also has a fantastic Mountain Man Rendezvous in July, museums, rodeos and best of all, a peaceful view of the Wind River Mountain Range from your campsite! If Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks are your destination and it is just a little too far, we are an easy two-hour drive away. Conversely, if you have had a long day enjoying the parks and the Jackson Hole area this is a great opportunity to get away from the crowds and have a nice quiet night.

Here at Highline Trail RV Park we have any type of camp spot you will need. Anything from a simple grassy tent site to a 43' x 110' full service pull-through site for your BIG RIG. Our back is just as big, measuring 30'x75'. Our sites have lots of room to spread your wings.  All of our RV sites include water, sewer, and 50 or 30-amp electric service. Modern and clean restrooms and showers are on site as well as coin operated laundry. We also have WiFI throughout the park.

If you are coming from the South on I-80 you will turn north on Highway 191 in Rock Springs and travel 87 miles north and we are located on the right or mountain side of the road. Coming south from the Jackson Hole area you will travel 77 miles south on Highway 191 through Pinedale, then 12 miles to Boulder and we will be on the left side of the highway.

Since we are a small operation with less than 50 sites it is always a good idea to make a reservation ahead of time. If you make a reservation by email, we do require a phone call 48 hours in advance to confirm your site.  Sites are available for any length of stay from one night to seasonal.

Office hours are 7A.M to 11P.M

The location was very convenient, Boo, the manager friendly and hardworking. The extra touches like garbage cans (secured to the ground) at each site, the cool metal stakes with site numbers, the community metal Highline Trail firepit, all show they teally care about making this a special place. Only thing missing is a fenced in dog area.

Campground is small but nice. If you need or want WiFi the service is not good. Cell service is very limited as well. Nice large RV spots. No frills campground.

Lovely sites, plenty of room between spaces, very kind and helpful owners, nice bathrooms and showers, easy access to the Wind River Range.

Clean campground. The staff wasn't the friendliest, which really took away from the stay. Kind of made me feel like I was more of an inconvenience than a guest.

What a beautiful RV park. Wider than normal spaces between sites. Nice views of the Rockies. Pull throughs are long enough where we didn’t have to unhitch for our overnight stay on our way to Yellowstone. Each site also has their own trash can which is really nice not having to hunt down the communal can. We are definitely staying here again!

It was my second time staying there. It's an awesome campground, very well kept, clean bathrooms and showers, and quiet and peaceful. Will definately stay again next time I'm in the area.

Very clean well kept camp! Only down side was the wifi. If you need it for work, good luck! Other than that, great place!

This our second time staying at the cabin. There were some upgrades that we were really pleased about. There were floor mats at the entry/exit of the door which definitely helped stop tracking in dirt when going back and forth to the bathhouse which is very close. There was also a Roku TV which was nice but the WiFi is terrible, we could never actually use it. Luckily our friend was staying in an RV site and she has Starlink. We connected to that and we're able to use the TV. The mattress on the bed is super comfortable but unfortunately there was only 2 pillows, 1 for each person. There are also bunk beds but none had pillows. We asked for extra but was told there weren't any. That was disappointing but we used our packing cubes for clothes as an extra pillow. Towels and washcloths are provided for showers which is always appreciated. The room has a window AC unit which was nice. It was very warm while we were there and this helped. Boo is very helpful and friendly. The area is great with beautiful views of the Winds. Pinedale is less than a 20 minute drive for restaurants, shopping and gear needs. We basically only slept there. Didn't spend much time hanging out IN the cabin. With the bed, bunk beds and dresser it can be pretty tight but after a full day of hiking, it's nice to wind down and watch something on TV before going to sleep. I would stay here again but would hope they could boost the Wi-Fi and have extra pillows available. If our friend was not there, we would not have been able to use the TV or stream anything.

Nice place that was well maintained with a great view and nice bathrooms. The fresh water spout was a nice touch. It wasn’t crowded at the time so we got to pick our own spot for an overnight stop. Would recommend to others.

This was by far the best RV campground we stayed during our 11 day crosscountry trek to Gand Teton. The sites are huge, level and well spaced. Water, electric and sewer connections were new and well maintained. The openness and views of the mountains were incredible and it was so quiet! Highly recommended and will stay there again on our way home in October.

Highline Trail RV did not work out for us. We arrived, and they had accidentally written our reservation down for the wrong day, so there were no spaces available. They offered to let us camp on the grass with no hookups for free, hence the one star. Luckily, we were able to find another spot not too far down the road but overall very disappointing last day of our trip. We won't try Highline Trail again.
