THERE'S NOTHING BETTER THAN A NEW RV PARK ...
especially when it’s loaded with luxurious lake-life amenities and situated on ancient cliffs overlooking one of the most spectacular destinations in the American Southwest, Lake Powell.

Spectacular Amenities & Views
From our large, landscaped sites with turf, full hook-ups, 30 and 50 apm service, 70’ pads, wi-fi, and our public areas with pergolas, grills, fireplaces, and even a putting green, you’ll enjoy amazing views as well as incredible sunrises and sunsets while gazing upon Tower Butte and the red sandstone cliffs of the Navajo Nation’s Colorado Plateau. Drift off to sleep after adventurous days pondering the mysteries of the Milky Way while experiencing evening solitude and the darkest skies in Northern Arizona.

Centrally Located For Lake Powell & Grand Circle Adventure
Ideally situated for your Northern Arizona, Southern Utah, and Lake Powell adventures, we’re just 5 minutes from world famous Antelope Canyon, 20 minutes from Horseshoe Bend, and only a 2-hour drive to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, and Zion. It’s a short 3 hour drive to Bryce and 4.5 hours to Arches National Park.

Stay, Play, and Dine
But you don't have to leave our campground to experience the adventure of a lifetime. We’re not only an RV Park, we’re Lake Powell’s luxury marina too! Pontoon boat, Seadoo, and kayak rentals, guided lake tours, fishing excursions, valet boat launch, delicious lakeside dining, drinks, and music in American’s largest floating restaurant, or shopping in our gift shops and convenience store, are just a quick cart ride to the marina via our complimentary cart service.

Restrooms and Showers
Enjoy a hot shower after a hard day’s play too. Our restrooms and showers are open 24/7 during the spring, summer and fall.  Our restrooms will open again on March 11th.

Très beau camping extrêmement propre et bien entretenu, situé dans un environnement et un décor de rêve. Ne manque que les tables à pique-niques...!

The RV park is really clean with great views. The office assistant was very pleasant and helpful. My only recommendation would be to have amenities such as a pool/jacuzzi.

We were first on site 49 and very satisfied. Then we move on site 26 to extend our stay and it’s really terrible. The employee trafic through the parking lot made our stay miserable. There is one 4 wheelers going through the middle of the parking lot each 30 seconds! Very unpleasant as these vehicules are more noisy that regular car/truck. Seems to me that an easy solution would be to have all employees circulate closer to the Marina boat ramp path and avoid getting close to the RV park. Will never rent that side of the RV park again if ever we come back.

Nice and clean, plus good large roads. The Campground advertised the site to be 70’ feet long. We are 67’ feet and considered a Big Rig. We had overhang in the front and back, and when we measured the pad it was 60’. Even thought the mama get kept telling us all sites are 70’. Also the site available was listed as ‘no turf’ and sadly it did not mention that this meant no yard at all. We were snug as a bug which no wiggle room. There is a bathroom trailer that has each a shower and toilet. They were very clean. There are a couple of small turf sections for the pups and bags were provided. There is a communal fireplace and BBQ area but sites are backing up to it so it is challenging to get to it unless one feels comfortable walking through someone’s site (we weren’t). If you are a smaller unit and can get a site with turf then this can be a good campground for you.

Views are amazing, staff was friendly and helpful

One of the better and cleanest campsites we stayed at and close to the best view. Shower facilities a bit limited but very clean. Floating restaurant doesn’t open till 11am so not really a breakfast option as we’d hoped either. Few shops can buy stuff from at marina though. Very close to Antelope Canyon tours

Beautiful RV park and beautiful scenery. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The park is very nice and almost brand new. Like the astroturf. Only negative is the power, water and especially the sewer connections are at the rear of the site. In order to park at the center of your pad better have a long sewer hose. Enjoy your stay.

Great place but in desperate need for more bathrooms/showers and hangers in here for your clothes.

Loved the showers! We found the campsite noisy from the constant traffic below. Dust from the traffic below came into our RV.

Jo Ann Simpson

This clean, well-manicured RV park was a delight. The sites were paved and bordered by rock areas and artificial grass areas (an especially attractive amenity in this dry landscape). We especially enjoyed the dramatic views and the quiet (no highway or train noise). The full-hook-up services worked, although the wifi connection was slower than we like. This park is well outside of Page, so getting to town involves a 7-9 mile drive. We have a Senior Access pass for national parks, so we didn't have to pay extra to enter the area. This would be a substantial additional expense if we lacked this card. The overall quiet and views make this the best RV park in the area, in our opinion.
