Shady business dealings! Wish I had listened to the previous reviews. Booked a campsite and asked to change the reservations a few hours later to 1 less night. At first, I was told there wouldn't be a refund because I paid a site lock fee. After I persisted, he offered only a 50% refund for that night. Made me email Roverpass since "I paid the site lock fee, so there's nothing they could do for me and Roverpass would have to handle it." Not sure what a site lock fee has to do with a refund other than to be an excuse not to give one. As the date got closer we asked to reschedule the rest of the trip and it was "only movable by one week." Not sure where the one week came from. Checked their reservation system and they're booking through next summer, so what's the significance of one week? Ended up losing all our money because we couldn't change our date. HORRIBLE customer service! Stay away!!!! Note: Roverpass folks were very helpful though!

A nice forest for the tent sites to be nestled in. I really liked having the restaurant and bar on-site for a night out. Nice hot shower, too.

Our favorite campsite in the PA Grand canyon area. Quiet with full hook up. Plus great burgers, wings and all within walking distance. Rooms also available. Owner John a is great guy. This is our 3rd visit.

We stayed two nights in the campground. The manager was friendly. Beware that lots requested when registering are not necessarily what you will get. I called the office prior to registering and was told that I had to register with roverpass. $6 processing fee per site. We had full hookups, fortunately. The Men's room is very worn and was grungy. The Women's room was full of junk and could not be used and did not even have a sign on the door. I don't know what a woman tenting would do. Caution!!!! Stay off the steps from the restrooms into the camping area. Downright dangerous. The sites are tight with shared hook-ups between sites. If you get the even sites, you better have long hoses and power cord. Basic place to stay, no "resort" features unless you think a restaurant & bar with pool tables and a video poker game is great stuff. It looked okay but we didn't eat there. You get a half picnic table on the lots we got. They are convertible bench/table units. No convenient trash containers. Location is good, very near the State Park but I'll stay in the park next time in the area.

The campground and resort were great. Nice sites.. grass was mowed and it was quiet. The food at the restaurant was great. Fish fry on Friday was the best I've had and great fresh cut fries. I would recommend this place for sure. It is only 1 mile away from Harrison state Park too.. loved the place

The full service hookups, serene setting, nicely laid out trees in between close campsites, made for a very pleasant RV travel trailer experience. We will be back for an extended stay! Also available is a motel, full-service restaurant and bar with game room including pool table and shuffleboard table. Though our cell phones registered two Verizon bars, every single phone call was dropped within 30 seconds. However, his star link based Wi-Fi provided excellent internet connectivity. It's a mystery why Wi-Fi calling did not work. A real advantage to have the Wi-Fi connectivity, each campsite with its own unique password.

No women’s bathroom! I was not comfortable taking a shower in men’s room. What the heck? And neighbor’s were shooting guns off one night 12-12:30.

The only down sides to this campground are. The sites are not level at all we had to connect to water at another site due to a broken line.( the owner did supply the hose) The owner did his absolute best to help us find a spot that was level enough to use the stabilizers. Campground was clean and well maintained. The owner is the saving grace for this campground. This campground is quiet and relaxing

Our stay there was very nice.

Pretty expensive for what is offered. The place is run down and the shower/bathroom is old, outdated and both men and women share one. No where for trash and no amenities whatsoever.

Wifi was cutting in and out constantly, couldn't find the dumpster, small lot, water, electric, sewer connection was shared so on the wrong side, no 30 amp plug, no cell or antenna service. Electric was not working upon arrival buy repaired quickly. Not even close to being an resort. Grass was cut but grounds is lacking maintenance. Trump flag out front, no thanks, will never be back. Good riddance

Nice and quit private campground which we enjoyed. Only problem was that our campsite water hook up was not working and had to use a longer hose to connect to another campsite.

We had a nice stay. The location is excellent. The hookups we're good. The office and restaurant were rustic and homey. This Campground has so much potential with a little TLC it would e so much better. We'd definitely go back.

Not what I expected for a campground, bring extra water and sewer hose with you and an adapter to 50 Amp and plan on taking your garbage with you too. It's not a normal camping spot.

Same clean, quiet place I remember from earlier visits in 2006 & 2007. Well maintained with pride of ownership evident. Great access to local State Parks, Grand Canyon Pine Creek area.

First time staying at this campground. We are new to RV'ing, so there's a lot to learn. Manager/owner was friendly and helpful - I learned about 50 Amp vs. 30 Amp plugs for electric. Site was clean and easy to park trailer. The property is very close tp PA Grand Canyon, and SO quiet - we learned that Tioga county is very rural and quiet.

We’ll bypass this location next time. We had to change sites due to flakey electric connection. Then they only supplied 50 amp power so we had to purchase an adapter; in 3 years of active camping this has been the first place that only had 50 amp power rather than 50/30 amp power. Then there was no mention of trash barrels, so we trucked our trash out daily. And non-level sites! Definitely not our favorite spot!

Power options were 15 or 50 amp. We needed 30. Breaker had to be reset many times to run A/C and water heater. Utility hookups were located on wrong side for 1/2 of the sites. Needed more gravel. Too much mud.
